Terms and conditions of the Phytosynthese website

1. GENERAL

This website (hereinafter the "Site") of Phytosynthese (hereinafter the "Company") is to present the Company and its products. By browsing on the Site, you fully and unreservedly accept these terms and conditions. These conditions may be modified at any time and without notice; we therefore recommend that you consult them on a regular basis.

2. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The Site is the property of the Company. The photos, slogans, brands, logos, drawings and domain names are protected by the laws in force on the intellectual property and belong to the Company or to any third party having surrendered their rights to use to the Company.

The users of the Site do not acquire any rights to these elements by consulting the Site. The copy and / or reproduction of any or all of these elements may only be made for purely personal purposes in accordance with the provisions of Article L. 122 -5 of the Code of Intellectual Property. In all other cases, the authorization of the Phytosynthese Company must imperatively and previously be solicited. The non-compliance with the provisions of this article, and in particular any representation or reproduction, even partial, which may be made of the Site or of the elements composing it without the prior written consent of the Company is illegal and constitutes an act of infringement for which the author bears civil and criminal liability, in particular under the provisions of Article L. 335-2 of the Intellectual Property Code relating to counterfeiting, punishable by three years imprisonment and a fine of 300.000 euros.

3. RESPONSIBILITY

3.1. Content of the Site

The Company cannot be held responsible for the use that will be made of the Site and the information that it contains. The information on the Site is purely informative.
Access to and use of the Site is at the user's own risk.
The Company shall in no case be held responsible for any direct or indirect, serious or non-serious damage that may arise from the use of the Site, with the exception of direct damages resulting from the deliberate or serious negligence of the Company. It belong to the Internet users to take all appropriate measures for the protection of their computer hardware, data or software, in particular against computer viruses. They acknowledge that they have verified that the computer configuration used does not contain any viruses and is in perfect working order. Thus the Company cannot be held responsible in the event of legal proceedings against Internet users:

  • - due to the use of the site or any service accessible via the Internet;
  • - due to the non-respect by an internet user of the present general conditions.

The Company will make every effort to ensure that the information on the Site are accurate, reliable, and comprehensive, but cannot give any warranty to users in this subject.
If the Company came to be the subject of an amicable or judicial proceeding based on the use of the site by an internet user, it may return against it to obtain compensation for all damages, sums, and could arise from this procedure.

3.2. Hypertext links

Hypertext links may be established from the Site to other websites. The Company does not guarantee the content of these third party sites which remain completely independent of the Site and of the Company.
Some sites may establish hypertext links to the Site, provided that they do not cause any damage to the Company, and except in cases of abuse of rights.

3.3. Availability and modification of the Site

The Site may be temporarily unavailable for reasons related to the maintenance of the site, to the update of data or even in the event of a breakdown. The responsibility of the Company may not be sought as such.
The Company reserves the right to modify, update, correct or delete all or part of the content of the Site and these Terms of Use at any time without prior notice.

4. PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA

The personal information relating to users of the Site collected during their visit and which are the subject of a computerized treatment are intended for the exclusive use of the Company, the person in charge of their treatment.
