Terms and conditions of the Phytosynthese website

1. GENERAL

This website (hereinafter the "Site") of Phytosynthese (hereinafter the "Company") is to present the Company and its products. By browsing on the Site, you fully and unreservedly accept these terms and conditions. These conditions may be modified at any time and without notice; we therefore recommend that you consult them on a regular basis.

2. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The Site is the property of the Company. The photos, slogans, brands, logos, drawings and domain names are protected by the laws in force on the intellectual property and belong to the Company or to any third party having surrendered their rights to use to the Company.

The users of the Site do not acquire any rights to these elements by consulting the Site. 3. RESPONSIBILITY

3.1. CONTENT OF THE SITE

The Company cannot be held responsible for the use that will be made of the Site and the information that it contains. The information on the Site is purely informative. The Company shall in no case be held responsible for any direct or indirect, serious or non-serious damage that may arise from the use of the Site, with the exception of direct damages resulting from the deliberate or serious negligence of the Company. If the Company came to be the subject of an amicable or judicial proceeding based on the use of the site by an internet user, it may return against it to obtain compensation for all damages, sums, and could arise from this procedure.

4. PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA

For the purpose of processing of the messages transmitted by the users of the website, Phytosynthese collects personal data such as the name of the company, the name and the first name of the user, the profession, phone and e-mail. The communication of these data is a condition to the transmission of the questions or comments to Phytosynthese. These data are the subject of a processing whose purpose is answering to the messages sent by the users of the website. It is intended to marketing and purchasing departments of Phytosynthese and to any service providers entrusted with the management and animation of the website. For this purpose, Phytosynthese may have to share or transfer the collected data with companies of its group and subcontractors, subject to the same obligations of confidentiality and security to those of Phytosynthese. Data subject to the processing are kept within the limit of time of 3 years. According to GDPR, the users of the website have the right to access, to obtain rectification, to ask for data portability and for erasure of their personal data as well as the right of restriction and to object to the processing carried out.
