Artichoke
The + phytosynthese
15 years of research, in collaboration with Iteipmai, have allowed us to optimize the active content of the artichoke used in our products (variety, cultivation method, harvesting, grinding, drying).
Botanical description
Large herbaceous perennial plant with the
appearance of a thistle without spikes. Large leaves, strongly cut in irregular teeth and sometimes thorny, are located at the base of the stem.
Cinnamon

Botanical description
The cinnamon tree can grow up to 15m. Its first harvest, in the rainy season, can only be done six or seven years after planting. Its branches and leaves are cut, then dried, before being distilled.
Turmeric

Botanical description
Perennial, herbaceous plant with short stems. It has multiple aromatic rhizomes, ellipsoidal or cylindrical, of yellow to orange color Inside.

Botanical description
Perennial and robust plant which can reach up to
1.5 m in height. It is formed of a simple stem, dark green leaves, violet, pink or almost white flowers and strongly developed roots.

Fenugreek

Annual plant with leaves composed of three oval leaflets, similar to those of the clover. Its flowers give fruits containing ten to twenty light brown angular seeds, with a strong characteristic odor.

Botanical description
Perennial lily made up of climbing woody stems ranging from 3 to 9 meters. This plant has simple leaves, with toothed and lobed edges. Flowers measure 4 to 5 cm in diameter on average.

Botanical description
Melliferous plant which can reach 1,50 m often found in the garrigues. Its evergreen leaves, longer than wide and with slightly rolled up edges, release a strong camphorous odor.
